Reg Peters, MD, is a physician dedicated to re-imagining our health by focusing on integrative wellness that builds long-term resilience and vitality.
After years of treating illness and injuries in his patients, Dr. Peters now focuses on preventative health. His practice uses innovative therapies around emotional resilience, sleep and stress monitoring technology, and strategies to maximize nutrition and movement for longevity.
A physician for over 25 years specializing in emergency, trauma, and family medicine, he is also a UBC clinical assistant professor and played a fundamental role in establishing the UBC Abbotsford Family Practice Residency program.
Dr. Peters is also specially trained in sports medicine. He has worked with national-level and professional athletes, including those within the Canadian National soccer team and the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks and Calgary Flames.
