Our Base Camp Health Assessment includes 12 months of 24/7 access to doctors via our telemedicine service, in additional to an annual one-day multi-disciplinary assessment that includes a comprehensive medical exam and critical benchmarking along with expert evaluations and recommendations for optimizing functional movement, mental wellness and nutrition.
Our year-round Ascend Health Solutions program includes 24/7 access to doctors via our telemedicine service. Ascend Health Solutions also provides for a comprehensive medical intake in addition to nutritional, functional movement and mental wellness assessments. You and your medical lead then create a personalized plan based on the results of your intake process and your personal health goals. You can apply your bank of 60 credits towards various services ranging from additional appointments with clinical experts to diagnostic procedures so that your health journey is focused on measurable and valuable outcomes!
