Liz Dornian is a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach who loves helping people discover how simple, delicious and sustainable healthy eating can be.
She is passionate about sharing the health and wellbeing impacts of evidence-based nutrition habits, and is a strong believer in the transformative power of health coaching. Her approach to nutrition is non-dogmatic, non judgemental and realistic. She loves helping clients release confusion, overwhelm, shame and guilt around food choices.
Her special interest is in healthy weight management, with a clinical background in lifestyle medicine working alongside physicians and exercise specialists to help clients see sustainable results. She has vast experience facilitating successful group and 1:1 weight loss programs centered around mindfulness, self-compassion and long-term habit formation.
Liz is also a lover of whole foods cooking, holds a holistic chef certification, and enjoys teaching workshops, developing recipes, and generally eating and sharing great food.
