Lindsay developed a passion for preventative healthcare and wellness while pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. During her practice at MSA hospital in Abbotsford, she quickly learned the healthcare system would not allow her to support her clients in the ways she had hoped. She wanted to help her clients address potential health issues and apply preventative measures but, instead, she had to follow the mandate of focusing on treating illnesses first and foremost.

After taking time away from healthcare while she raised her family, an opportunity arose to support the vision of Upstream Health that resonated in an ethically satisfying way – meeting people where they are at and helping them live their best lives. She now brings her administrative skills to support clients in navigating resources in health care systems and utilizing their individualized assessments to optimize their personal wellness goals. Lindsay enjoys the outdoors with her dog and girlfriends, reading, and cooking with her family.
