Lianne is a Nurse Practitioner and part of the medical team at Upstream.
With nearly 20 years of working in the medical field, Lianne specializes in primary care, women’s health, and sexual health. She works with refugee and First Nation populations and has a deep understanding of the critical factors that affect the health of individuals and communities.
Lianne holds a Master’s of Public Health and values equitable, quality health care for women. In her role at Upstream, she’s able to provide her patients the adequate time needed to explore and implement appropriate options for their ongoing physical and mental health needs.
She has a passion for illness prevention and the safe use of psychedelic medicine in mental health care. She has training in ketamine therapy through Roots to Thrive, Fluence and the Katalyst program.
When she’s not working in health care, you can find Lianne exploring BC's mountain trails with her husband and two dogs.
